Arley Ballenger

May 2, 2025

Seattle, WA – EcoCar Motors, a pioneer in affordable electric vehicles, proudly announces the publication of EcoCar, a new book by founder Arley Ballenger, now available on Amazon. The book details the innovative technology behind the Ecocar X, a $25,000 solar-powered EV designed to democratize clean mobility.

EcoCar shares our vision for a sustainable future,” says Ballenger, a 45-year veteran of sustainable tech (Marr Software, Microsoft). “With 186 dealer applicants and a UAE pilot planned for January 2026, we’re scaling to meet global demand.”

The Ecocar X, U.S. DOT-registered since 2022 (vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/mid/22083), features a patent-pending hydrogen-generating battery and 300-mile range, eliminating the need for charging stations. With applications from 29 U.S. states and 15 international markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, India), EcoCar is poised to disrupt the $42T EV market by 2030.

The UAE pilot, set for January 15, 2026, will deploy 10 cars, generating $250,000-$350,000 and targeting 50 Letters of Intent. EcoCar aims for 500-1,000 units annually by year 2, yielding $12.5M-$25M in revenue.

EcoCar Motors remains pre-revenue and bootstrapped, seeking $1M-$3M in venture capital to scale production and expand globally. The company’s mission aligns with global ClimateTech goals, offering affordable EVs for rural and underserved markets.
